    1/2 c Margarine, soft
    2/3 c All purpose flour
    1/2 c + 2 Tbsp Yellow Cornmeal
    3 c Creamed Corn
    1/2 c Water, tap
    1/2 c Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder


In a medium bowl beat butter until creamy. Add Flour and 2 Tbsp of corn meal and beat until well mixed.

Add creamed corn and stir into butter mixture

In a separate bowl, mix cornmeal, splenda, salt and baking powder. Add to corn flour/butter mixture and stir to combine. Pour batter into an ungreased 8x8 inch baking pan. Smooth batter and cover with aluminum foil. Place pan into a 9x13 baking dish that is filled 1/3 the way with water.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Use an ice cream scoop to serve.
