Introduction

These oven roasted veggies cook up very quickly and can be eaten through a week! These oven roasted veggies cook up very quickly and can be eaten through a week!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Radishes 6 small
    Celery 2 stalks
    Potato 4 small
    Baby Carrots 30 Mediium
    Sliced Mushrooms 2 cups
    Green Beans 3 cups
    Cauliflower 1 head
    Broccoli 1 Bunch
    Onions 1 Medium
    Olive Oil 2 tbsp
    Steak Seasoning 2 tsp

Directions

Chop all veggies up to be similar in size. Place in a large bowl with a top. Pour in Oil and Steak Seasoning. Toss veggies to coat. Put veggies on pan in single layer. Cook at 350 for 25 min. or until veggies are of desired softness.
Makes 10 1-cup servings.
