    1/4 lb noodles(1/4 lb tallarines)
    3 cups chicken breast, boned, cooked and cubed.(3 tazas pechugas de pollo, deshuesadas, cocinada, cortado en cubitos)
    1 medium apple(1 manzana mediana)
    lemon juice(jugo de 1 limon)
    2/3 cup diced celery(2/3 tazas de apio picadito)
    1 egg, beaten(1 huevo batido)
    2 cups boiling water(2 tazas de agua hirviendo)
    2 chicken bouillion(2 cubitos de pollo)
    1 tsp salt(1 cdta sal)
    1/2 tsp pepper(1/2 cdta pimienta)
    1/2 tsp ground cinammon(1/2 cdta canela en polvo)
    1/4 tsp nutmeg(1/4 cdta nuez moscada)
    1/4 tsp allspice(1/4 cdta malagueta en polvo)


1- Cook noodles in 2 liters of salted boiling water for a few minutes and drain.

2- In a baking pan, sparse half of chicken at the bottom.
(En una molde de hornear, esparza la mitad del pollo en el fondo.)
3- Peel and core apple.Dice it and cover with lemon juice.

4- Mix apple, celery, egg, and noodles. Cover chicken with this mixture. Then put the other half chicken on top.

5-Dissolve chicken bouillion on 2 cups of boiling water and add salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinammon, and allspice and pour this over the chicken.

6- Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Render 6 portions.
