Ingredients

10 oz. chicken (cooked and cut into bite size pieces)
2 cans of sliced mushrooms (drained)
8 slices of Swiss cheese (cut into strips)
1 pk. frozen chopped spinach (well drained)
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
parmesan cheese
Directions
Layer ingredients from the bottom up:
parmesan cheese (on the top)
Mushroom soup + water mixture
4 slices Swiss cheese (in strips)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
cheddar cheese
onions
spinach (drained)
4 slices Swiss cheese (in strips)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
chicken (enough to fill bottom of casserole dish)
Bake at 350 until brown and bubbly all over (60-90 minutes). Makes 6 servings.
Really good out of the oven, but even better chilled overnight and re-heated.
