Ingredients

    2 salmon filets, roasted and flaked
    1 bundle asparagus, roasted and cut into pieces
    1 box Rice Pilaf
    1/2 c. dried cranberries
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped

    Vinagrette:
    2 T olive oil
    2 t. dijon mustard
    1 T red wine vinegar

Directions

Roast salmon and asparagus. Flake salmon, cut up asparagus into bite sized pieces. Prepare Pilaf according to directions. combine the vinagrette ingredients. Combine all together, can be served warm or cold.
