Introduction

I made this recipe up because I was craving a burrito but didn't want to waste a bunch of calories on food that wasn't "worth it". I used many ingredients that have essential daily nutrients (i.e. good fats, fiber, carbs & protein)...and tried to stay as low as possible on calories without sacrificing deliciousness and satisfaction factors. Ingredients

NOTE: When I browned my turkey, I added a McKormick spice packet for seasoning taco meat.

    -Ground Turkey
-Mission Wraps (lo-carb from La Tortilla Factory)
    -Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    -Romaine Lettuce
    -1 Can Diced tomatoes
    -Avacado

(After my ground turkey is browned, and the spices are added, I put in an undrained can of diced tomatoes to keep the meat from being too dry. Works perfectly.)

Directions

I only use a 1/2 cup of the ground turkey mixture per wrap; so depending on how much meat you include in your wrap, you could feasibly make over 5-6 "healthy" turkey burritos.
