Introduction

Would be great for a Brunch. Would be great for a Brunch.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Large Potato diced
    1 cup Egg Beaters
    3 Strips Bacon
    4 Turkey Sausage Patties
    1 Small can Green Chilis diced
    .5 cup Cheese Cheddar Shredded (any kind)
    .25 cup chopped Onion

    Tortilla is optional (Whole grain)

Directions

Peel and dice the potato, fry in none stick pan with cooking spray until tender. Cook bacon, drain fat, add onion, chopped up trukey sausage, and the green chilis, 1 cup egg beaters. Cook until eggs are done, add cheese. Warm tortillas.
