Ingredients

    8 Large Eggs
    1 lb bacon
    .5 cup 1% Milk
    6 ounces Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 dash each salt and pepper

Directions

Grease glass pie pan with olive oil.
Cut the bacon into pieces and sautee until fully cooked, drain.
Scramble eggs with milk, add salt, and pepper, cooled bacon and cheese, and place in 400 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.

    My BIL made this recipe this morning. We were giving it a test to see if it measured up for one of our family gatherings. He made a few minor changes added onions and green pepper. He found he only had to bake it for 20 min. It was very good! We will make this again!! - 6/29/14
