Ingredients

1 lb. buffalo meat, cubed
Button mushrooms, same size as cubed steak. (Optional)
1/4 cup Tomato suace and/or paste
1 - 3 tbsps. Sour cream.
2 tbsps. oil
Crushed Basil leaves.
Garlic powder or crushed fresh garlic.
Water as necessary.
Flat noodles (1/4 - 1/2" wide) prepared separately.
Directions
Saute cubed steak in oil over med-low heat until browned.
Drain liquid.
Add tomato sauce and simmer over med-low heat. Add water as necessary to cover meat.
Add salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder (or crushed garlic) to taste.
Add tomato paste to thicken as necessary.
Add mushrooms 20 minutes before serving.
Add 1-3 tbsps sour cream just before serving, stirring for uniform pink color.
Serve over prepared noodles.
