Ingredients

    0.5 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed cut in small pieces
    0.5 cup Green Peppers cut in strips
    0.5 cup Yellow Peppers cut in strips
    0.5 cup Carrots cut in strips
    1 cup Broccoli chopped
    0.5 cup Zucchini cut in strips
    0.5 cup Mushrooms cut in pieces or slices
    0.5 cup Onions sliced
    2 tbsp Soy sauce low sodium
    2 tbsp Canola Oil

    I also use something that i couldn't find the name in english (brotes de soja)

Directions

Place a large wok over high heat until hot. Add the canola oil, swirling to coat the sides and bottom.
Add the chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
Add the broccoli and carrots and stir for 2 minutes. Add a tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce.
Add the onion and peppers and stir for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini, the mushrooms and onions and stir for 2 minutes. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, stir to mix well and cook until crisp-tender. Cook, stirring, until the sauce boils and thickens and the chicken is cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes.
