    2 chicken breast - boneless skinless
    Cup of spinach
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 roma tomatoes
    zucchinni squash
    Prego - heart smart - ricotta parmesian sauce
    kraft parmesian cheese
    1 box rotini noodles


put all fresh veges in wok with tbsp of olive oil and saute.
boil chicken
boil noodles... multitasking
chop up the chicken when done and mix with veges and sauce...
when warm mix all together in a casserole dish and sprinkle parmesian cheese on top and bake on 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes

serves 6!
