Ingredients

    4 cups of sliced carrots
    1/4 cup honey
    4 cups water

Directions

Put 4 cups of water into a saucepan.
Add carrots and bring to boil.
Boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and add honey. Continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
