1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen
3/4 cup Kashi GoLean cereal
2 tbsp Herbalife or comparable protein powder
1 tsp Flax Oil
1 cup Skim milk
2 tsp Benefiber (wheat dextrin)
Directions
One 16 oz. shake
Add Kashi, unthawed blueberries, protein powder, flax oil and skim milk to blender. Blend til all dry ingredients are mixed in. Add up to 1/2 cup water to desired thickness.
