    1 bunch of ciliantro chopped fine
    1/3 purple onion chopped fine
    1c kraft zesty italian dressing
    2 cans blackeye peas
    1 can black beans
    1 can whole kernal corn
    1 can diced tomatoes

Directions

Makes a large 5quart pyrex dish full. Marinate in fridge for about 1-2 hours for the best flavors.
