    1 tbsp Fresh Oregano Leaves
    1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
    1 tbsp Snipped Fresh Parsley
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 C Diced Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 (8-1/4") Cucumber with Peel, diced
    1/2 C Diced Sweet Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 C Diced Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 C Sliced Red Onion, separated into rings


Mix herbs, olive oil, vinegar and Splenda. In a serving dish, pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss.
Makes four 3/4 cup servings.
