Introduction
I'm not sure how many this "feeds" as it's more of a snack. I based it on feeding 15 people. Which would be about 1/4 cup each I think. You could cut back on the feta if you'd like to take down the calories & fat. This makes a LOT of dip. It's kind of like a hummus. Ingredients

2 cans (8 cups) of Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
1-2 cloves of raw garlic, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1-2 tsp of olive oil
1-2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp. of dill
1 Tbsp. of oregano
Directions
In your food processor, combine the beans, garlic, lemon juice, feta cheese and olive oil. Combine until the mixture is like a paste. Add dill, oregano, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well, tasting as you go.
It's great served with pita wedges and whole wheat crackers. To make it more decorative, spread on a large plate and trim the plate with diced tomatoes and diced kalamata olives.
