    Turkey (dark meat), 3 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    *Sweet Potato, baked, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)


Place two turkey legs into a crockpot. cut up 1 larget sweet potatoe and place in pot. Throw all other ingredients into pot and slow cook for 8-10 hours.

Serve as is or with Brown Rice.
