Introduction

I took this recipe from a Rachel Ray recipe, but lightened it up with way less olive oil. I took this recipe from a Rachel Ray recipe, but lightened it up with way less olive oil.

Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunchs
Garlic, 8 cloves (to taste, I love garlic)
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
*McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

In a large glass casserole dish, cut broccoli into stalks and lay them all in the bottom of the dish. Smash the garlic cloves and put them over the broccoli, then season liberally with the Montreal Steak, and chili powder. I couldn't find Pam spray in the ingredients, but I spray it with a quick spray of Pam first, then drizzle the 4 tbs of olive oil over the entire dish. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes, or until broccoli crisps up a bit. I was hesitant to try this at first, but it's the only way I make broccoli now. Enjoy.
