Ingredients

    1 whole egg
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tbs. olive oil
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1 cup sliced bananas
    3 oz cream cheese
    Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Combine eggs, milk, flour, oil, and salt, in medium bowl. Spray medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon batter for one crepe in the skillet and brown on one side only. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter. Top each crepe with 1/2 oz. cream cheese and slices of strawberries and bananas. Roll and garnish with additional strawberries and bananas.

    I just made this recipe, you did put in the milk measurement. I used 1/2 cup and I also added cinnamon - 2/28/10

    Very Good
    This would be much better it there was less salt. The over all recipe was excellent. It would be better if there were less salt. Biggest Loser Walsh members liked it. Would be great with some grilled chicken chunks and brocolli. - 10/1/09
