Ingredients

    1/3 c. Fat Free Poppy Seed Dressing
    2 tbsp Zesty italian dressing
    1 lb Penne Rigate Pasta
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c petite diced tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 2% Mozzarella cheese sticks, sliced
    1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Cook pasta to directions on box approx 7-9 minutes. While cooking pasta chop onion, green pepper, and mozzarella sticks. Let pasta cool and mix with peppers, onions, tomatoes and cheese in large bowl. Add both dressings in and stir til everything is covered evenly. Refigerate for 3 hrs or overnight. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled and enjoy.
