Ingredients

    Flounder (fish), 6 fillet
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1.3 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 1.3 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Almonds, .1250 cup, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp dried dill with 4 tsp unsalted butter and 4 tsp lemon juice. Add 4 cloves crushed garlic. Bake until fish flakes easily. Last 2 minutes of cooking time - toast nuts in oven at 450 degrees. Be careful not to burn.

Serve fish topped with almonds.
