Introduction

Ingredients

    0.75 tsp baking soda
    3 medium size bananas, very ripe
    2 cups flour (I use wheat flour, white, all purpose type)
    1 cup butter (or margerine)
    1 cup sugar (or splenda)
    2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
    vanilla bean (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Mix sugar and butter until well blended
Add 2 eggs, blend till smooth
Add 3 bananas, again, blend until well mixed

In a separate bowl mix flour and baking soda.
Add in small quantities, until mixture thickens.

pour into well-greased or non-stick loaf pan or shaped mould.

Makes 20 slices
