2 cups of ice cubes
1 12 oz. pkg of frozen unsweetend bluberries
1 large banana sliced
1 cup Pom pure pomegranate juice
1 cup 1% or skim milk
1 cup Dannon Lite - n-Fit Vanilla yogurt
Directions
Place 2 cups of ice in the bottom of a blender
Top with berries then sliced banana, Add yogurt and pomegranate juice. Start blending and add milk to "keep things moving". You may have to stop and move the mixture around with a spoon to ensure complete blending.
