Ingredients

1 bag frozen ocean perch (about 16 oz)
4 tbsps (about 1/4 cup) bread crumbs
4 tbsps Parmesan cheese
2 tbsps basil
2 tbsps parsley, dried
2 egg whites from large eggs
1 tsp paprika
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients.
Seperate egg whites from yolk. (You can save yolk for breakfast the next day.)
Heat olive oil in pan.
Dip fish in egg whites, then toss in dry ingredients. Place in pan.
Cook each piece of perch for 3 - 5 minutes.
