Introduction

Ingredients

    Avocados, 2 - chopped into 1/2" chunks
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (sliced)
    Sweet Onion, raw, 1 medium (chopped)
    Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomatoes (chopped)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (finely chopped)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can, drained
    *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1/2 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients with vinegar. Serve fresh. Also good the next day.
