Introduction

Church social award winning soup. Very easy and doesn't require a lot of time. Great alternative to tacos that can be eaten as a meal in and of itself. Church social award winning soup. Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef (or turkey)
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 pkt. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkt. ranch dressing mix
    1/2 can pinto beans (can use whole can)
    1/2 can kidney beans (can use whole can)
    1 pkg. frozen yellow corn

Directions

1. Brown ground beef; drain and rinse. Return to a medium stockpot.
2. Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning, ranch dressing, beans, and corn. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
3. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of cheese, and tortilla chips (not included in calorie count).
