Ingredients

2 Cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 14.5 Ounce Box - Barilla Plus+ Rotini
8 oz Light Sour Cream
3/4 cup Diced White Onions
2-3 Cups Colby/Jack Shredded Cheese
4 - 5 oz Cans White Albacore Tuna
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Carmelize onions with 2 tbsp margine or butter. Drain tuna and combine with onions for a few mintues to blend flavors. Mix in soup and sour cream, let simmer.
Bring to boil 4 qts of water with pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add Rotini, cook 10 minutes.
Drain pasta and combine with cream/tuna mixture.
Place mixture in lightly sprayed casserole dish. 9x13 preferred. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on how brown you want the cheese.
Serves 8 hearty portions.
