Introduction

Ate this type of panini at a restaurant and decided to make it at home. Very yummy. Ate this type of panini at a restaurant and decided to make it at home. Very yummy.

Ingredients

    1 cup Spinach
    1/4 sliced Onion
    4 thin slices Tomato
    1 ring raw Onion (split up ring)
    1 -2 tlbs. Pesto
    1 oz Mozzerella Cheese (sliced small)
    2 slices Italian bread
    1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Place all ingredients onto one slice of bread and spread Pesto over top of veggies. Place 2nd slice of bread over top. Brush top slice with Olive Oil and place oiled side down in hot fry pan or panini pan. Brush the other slice bread and press with a panini press or a heavy oven proof plate.
Toast on both sides. Slice and serve.
