Introduction

Quick and delicious throw together meal for the crock pot, or stove top. This is a "dump the cans and create a flavorful meal" secret. Everyone just loves it! Very tasty. Ingredients

    1 package mild pork sausage
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 Cup fresh mushroom pieces
    2 - 12 oz cans peeled, diced, or whole tomatos
    3 reg cans of mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt & pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions

Makes 16 servings - 1 cup serving size

Brown 1 package of pork sausage, rinse and drain, to remove excess fat

For crockpot - add all ingredients and cook on low. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder , spices to taste

For Stove Top: sautee onions, add cooked sausage and onions and all other ingredients. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder , spices to taste.
Cook until hot throughout
