Ingredients

    1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
    3/4 cup of 1% or Skim Milk
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
    Ice (optional)

Directions

Put first three ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker, add ice if you desire and blend.

Made about 3-6oz servings.

    Really good. I had to replace the blackberries with strawberries because I was out. But I liked the mixture. I have been trying to find the right mixture of yogurt and milk. Thanks. - 11/19/11
