Introduction

I always make these when I grill out. You can also make these with Sweet Potatoes. Sometimes I use half white and half sweet potatoes. Yummo!! You can also bake these in the oven if you are cooking indoors or if you do not have grill space. I always make these when I grill out. You can also make these with Sweet Potatoes. Ingredients

4 - 6 small to medium red or white creamer potatoes. Washed and sliced.
    2 Cups chopped onion
3 Tbsp Butter or margarine. I use Land O Lakes low fat.
    Salt/Pepper/Seasoning Salt to taste
    1 Tbsp parsley

Directions

Place the wash and sliced potatoes on a large piece of foil. Add the onion and the parsley on top. Then drop pieces of the butter, softened all over the top. Sprink the salt, pepper, and seasoning salt all over the top. With your hands mix the ingredients together so the butter and seasoning is mixed through. Top with another piece of foil to make a large packet.
Cook on the grill or in a 400 degree oven for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are done. If it's a really hot grill you should check them after 45 minutes.
