Ingredients

    White wine- 1 cup, I prefer Pinot Grigio
    Olive Oil
    Margarine or butter
    Lemon juice, fresh or from a package
    3 garlic cloves
    15 aspargus spears, chopped
    14 oz cooked shimp, frozen
    Spaghetti, 6 cups cooked

Directions

Cook Pasta and set aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and cook until soft and translucent. Add Wine, lemon juice, and butter. Allow to reduce to almost half. Add asparagus, cook until nearly done, add shrimp, cook until heated., Pour mixture over Pasta and serve

    This was very good. My asparagus was a little tough and I didn't have fresh garlic, which could have made all the difference. - 1/12/11
