Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 16 oz (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Penne Noodles (dry), 12 oz (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 2 package (10 oz) (remove)
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup (remove)
    *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Molasses, .5 cup (remove)
    Honey Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Ken's Balsamic & Basil Vinaigrette, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Cream Cheese, .5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Almonds, .5 cup, whole (remove)
    Water, tap, 4 fl oz (remove)

Directions

-Marinade steaks in Balsamic & Vinaigrette sause
-Grill steaks to your desire using half of the onions and peppers
-Cook Penne Noodles until done
-While noodles are cooking, -Combine 1/2 cup water, teriyaki sauce, honey mustard, molasses and crushed almonds in a small sauce pan. Cook until thicken slightly
-In a sauce pan sautee remainng onions, and peppers in olive oil
- Stir in the fresh spinach, stirring until done
-In microwave melt cream cheese
-Pour cooked penne noodles into a large bowl and combine salt, pepper, melted cream cheese and spahetti sauce
-Mix cooked spinach into bowl with penne noodles
-Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 15 min. on 350.
-Place steaks into a pan and pour sauce mix onto steaks
-Place in oven with penne noodles and cook for 15 min.
