Ingredients

6 corn tortilias
1 can fat free refried beans
1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup 2% mexican shred cheese
1 can corn, drained
1 can petite tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup chives
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings
brown ground beef, drain
add taco seasoning and salsa to meat
Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray
layer 3 corn tortilias on the bottom of 1.5 quart baking dish - I used an oblong and break one tortilia in 1/2 to cover the bottom of dish.
spread 1/2 can refried beans on corn tortilias
add 1/2 can of drained corn on top of refried beans
add 1/2 meat mixture on top of corn
add 1/4 cup of cheese
layer 3 more corn tortilias
spread remaining beans, add reminaing corn, add remaining meat mix add remaining cheese, add drained tomatoes and all of the chives.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, check after 20.
