Ingredients

    1 box barilla rotini, cooked
    1 can black beans
    1 c. frozen corn kernels
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 c. salsa
    1/2 bell pepper, dices
    3 Tbl. sour cream
    2 Tbl. Italian salad dressing
    Taco seasoning to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain.
Add cooled pasta and other ingredients in large bowl and mix to combine. Makes 16 1-cup servings.
