Ingredients

    32 oz. Fresh Strawberries
    12 oz. Fresh Raspberries
14 oz. Sugar Free Strawberry Glaze
    8 oz. Cool Whip Free

Directions

This recipe makes about 12 - 1/2 Cups servings. Wash and cut the strawberries into bite size pieces - Wash the raspberries & leave them whole - use paper towels to pat the berries so they're not dripping with water.
In a large bowl mix, berries and glaze until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For a nice presentation, put 1 tablespoon of Cool Whip in a dessert dish, add 1/2 cup Berry Mix, add another tablespoon of Cool Whip on top - Serve. (If you want to add more Cool Whip Free, it would be 15 calories for 2 tablespoons, with zero fat added.)
Try adding other fruits also - they won't add that much in the way of calories or fat. Like: pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, seedless grapes. Use your imagination. I don't know what the nutritional value would be but mandarin oranges in orange glaze is also great.

I don't know why you would need the glaze at all - just love the fruits with the whipped cream. - 6/14/11

    Good
I don't know what a sugar free glaze is, and try not to use artificial ingredients, so I'm not likely to make this. I'm sure others will find it great. - 5/26/11
