Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Pork Tenderloin, cut into 6 slices
    2 Tablespoons canola oil
    1 Large onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup Marsala wine
    1/2 cup beef broth
    1 can Campbells GOLDEN Mushroom Soup (NOT regular mushroom soup!)

Directions

Brown pork in saute pan with oil, onions, & garlic. Remove pork from pan and deglaze with wine and broth. Let reduce by half. Add meat back into the pan along with the mushrooms. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes (or until juices run clear in the pork). Stir in the condensed soup and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Serve!

Serves 6

*Also works great with chicken!
