Ingredients

    4 lg stalks rhubarb (~4 cups)
    1 pint strawberries (~2 cups)
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup splenda
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    2 crust pie (I used Jiffy pie crust)

Directions

1/4" cubes rhubarb, (about 4 large stalks), 1 pint strawberries, halved, sugar, splenda, water, and cornstarch into saucepan. Heat to boil. Add to pie crust, cover with second half pie crust. Bake 375 degrees for 40 min.
