Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/3 cup brown sugar packed
    1/2 cup oats
    1 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup wheat bran(can use wheat flour instead)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 cup apples(pick a good cooking apple) chopped and peeled
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Stir wet ingredients, brown sugar and oats together
In a separate bowl stir dry ingredients
Add liquid to dry and stir to form thick dough
Add apples
Bake for 20 minutes until knife comes out clean
