Ingredients

    1 cup white flour
    1 Tbs baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 cup mashed bananas(about 3 medium)

Directions

Makes 12 muffins
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Grease or paper-line a 12 cup muffin tin
3.Mix together applesauce and banana then add everything else
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean, best when served warm

    Thanks for the recipe! They are great I did change it a little bit I used whole wheat flour and brown sugar and just added a tsp of cinnamon and they where great! I will definitely bake this again! - 2/18/11

    Very Good
    I followed the recipe to a T; they tasted pretty good, but I would add 1/3 cup of sugar instead of 1/4 and I'd spray the paper muffin cups with Pam...the muffins stuck to mine. Also, like the other commented put, I added cinnamon and pumpkin spice. - 8/8/11
