I was skeptical since I hate cauliflower. While it was disgusting when the cauliflower was cooking (stinks to high heaven) the end result was really good with no taste of cauliflower after it is done. Both my husband and I liked it and I will make it again. - 1/20/13

This is great...I made without the bacon...but delish and I would certainly make it again. After having it at my house, my mother who does not follow low carb made it for a family gathering. For me its a keeper! - 4/26/10

This was very good... I made it as prepared, except I substituted dried chives for the green onions and used ranch veggie dip (sour cream based) that I had leftover from a party b/c I didn't have any regular sour cream - 3/15/13

Interesting, I have always made this with cream cheese instead of sour cream. I will have to try this version! - 9/16/10
