LOVE IT! We are eating low carb and this was one of the first side dishes I made. My husband is super picky and he could not tell that it was not potatoes. Followed the recipe closely except I boiled the cauliflower on the stovetop. and added butter. Great recipe! Submitted by:

This is great...I made without the bacon...but delish and I would certainly make it again. After having it at my house, my mother who does not follow low carb made it for a family gathering. For me its a keeper! Submitted by:

This is very good. I toned down a litle with low fat sour cream and probably only half the cheese (i used velveeta). This also probably makes more like five servings. It is very yummy. Submitted by:
