Ingredients

    Extra firm tofu, 14 oz
    Publix frozen Japanese vegetables, 16 oz
    House of Tsang Szechuan spicy stir fry sauce, 1/3 cup
    Oyster sauce, 3 TBS

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray, heat to medium high heat, cut tofu in two pieces widthwise and fry for several minutes on each side until browned and crisp. Remove from pan and cube. Add vegetables to pan and stir, cover and cook until thawed and heated through, stirring occasionally. Add tofu back to pan, add szechuan and oyster sauces and stir until well coated and heated through. This is very spicy.
