Introduction

Ingredients

    * *Peanut Oil, .5 cup
    * *Tahini, 4 oz
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp
    * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    * White Wine Vinegar, 6 tbsp
    * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    * Cabbage, red, fresh, .5 head, medium
    * Pasta, cooked, 14 oz
    * Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix the first 7 ingredients together to make the sauce.

Core and shred half of the cabbage and mix with half of the sauce.

Cook the noodles, and run under cold water to stop them from cooking. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of sesame oil.

Toss noodles, cabbage, and the rest of the dressing together.

Voila!

    Very Good
    This tasted good. I didn't have chili sauce, substituted hot oil and added a few toasted sesame seeds. I can imagine this would also taste good with tuna fish. - 7/6/09
