Introduction

This is a light dessert that is really easy to make. Perfect for the summer!!! You can also substitute any fruit you want to your liking. Even try it with a different pudding flavor! Ingredients

    -8oz tub of fat free cool whip, thawed
    -15oz can of mandarin oranges, drained
    -20oz can of crushed pineapple (in unsweetened juice) UNDRAINED
    -1oz pkg of Jell-o sugar free-fat free instant pudding, vanilla

Directions

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and cover.
Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.

Makes 10, 1/2-cup servings

    I've had this recipe as an old WW recipe and it is one of my favs!!! I usually use sugar free, fat free white chocolate pudding or the cheesecake flavor. Both are excellent! And instead of oranges, I've used mangos and/or pineapple tidbits. Would love to try it with oranges instead though! - 11/13/10

    I added plain yogurt, too, and had fresh strawberries instead of the mandarin oranges. It was delish & both my daughters loved it, too! - 5/11/10
