Ingredients

    3/4 cup white flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. table salt
    1 sm. pkg. Cook & Serve Fat Free Vanilla Pudding (NOT instant)
    3 Tbsp. Promise Fat Free Butter
    1 Lg. White Egg
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 Lg. Can Del Monte Sliced Peaches in Lite Syrup (reserve juice)
    2-8 oz. pkgs. Fat Free Cream Cheese (softened)
    1 cup granulated sugar
    6 Tbsp. peach juice (from reserve)
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar (kept seperate)
    1 tsp. cinnamon


Directions

Beat all ingredients above the peaches ONLY together. Pour evenly into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Drain can of peaches, reserving juice. Arrange peaches over dough in pan. In seperate bowl, beat together cream cheese, cup of sugar and peach juice until creamy. Spread mixture over peaches. Combine 2 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon in small bowl and sprinkle over cream cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Center may not be firm when done.
Makes 15-3x2.6 inch pieces. Only 140 calories and .4 grams of fat!!!!
