Introduction

A new way to get your Veggies! Carrots, Celery and Broccoli! A new way to get your Veggies! Carrots, Celery and Broccoli!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated (remove)
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)
    1/2 Envelope Onion Soup Mix, 1 serving (remove)
    Sour Cream -publix light, 8 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Grate carrot, chop up broccoli and celery place in bowl, mix 1 envelope Onion Soup mix in 8 oz light sour cream. Use HALF of this mixture in carrot veggie mix. (the other half can be used as dip for other raw veggies) Mix and enjoy!
