This is an easy to make dish that is low fat and very tasty! I like it because it is quick to prepare and my family loves it! My Mother-in-Law (Lynne) uses Brown Rice in the recipe to ad some fiber and extra nutrients. This is an easy to make dish that is low fat and very tasty!
