Introduction

Low - almost no - fat mexican dip! Tastes GREAT with baked tortillas or rolled into a warm flour tortilla. Low - almost no - fat mexican dip! Tastes GREAT with baked tortillas or rolled into a warm flour tortilla.

Ingredients

    1 Can Old El Paso Refried Beans
    1/2 packet taco seasoning
    8 oz. sour cream (I use 4 oz. fat free / 4 oz. light)
    8 oz. cream cheese (I use fat free)
    1 chopped tomato
    1 20 oz. jar salsa (I use about 1/2 - 3/4 jar)
    lettuce
    2 cups shredded cheese (1 1/2 c. fat free - 1/2 c. reduced fat)
    olives (optional - we leave off)

Directions

Mix refried beans and 1/2 pack taco seasoning and place in 13x9 pan.
Blend sour creams and cream cheese and layer over bean mixture.
Dice tomato and place over cream cheese mixture.
Spoon salsa over tomatoes
Layer shredded lettuce over salsa
Layer shredded cheeses over lettuce
*Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours, then serve!
