Introduction

I got this from a gal I work with...it's really pretty mild but you could spice it up with some more jalepeno. I'm not usually one for peppers and I love it...so does my family. Ingredients

    Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Orange Pepper, Jalepeno Peppers, Shoepeg corn, Black Olives, Red Tomato, Powdered Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt, Green Onion, Lime Juice, and Olive Oil.

Directions

Tomato and Peppers - clean and remove guts
Drain Corn and Olives
Coarsely chop all Peppers, Olives, Tomatoes, Onions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
Mix and serve w/ your choice salsa holder-- Makes approximately 8 cups, 1/2 cup servings
